What Coaching at RF Looks Like

Personal training—inside a small group.

Our small-group sessions include up to six clients, but the experience stays personal. Different clients may be doing different exercises based on their goals, experience, limitations, and current capabilities.

01

Coach movement

Give clear instruction, watch technique, and help clients move with confidence.

02

Make adjustments

Modify exercises intelligently based on each client’s needs, history, and ability.

03

Create connection

Make every person in the room feel seen, supported, encouraged, and known.

04

Bring positive energy

Create an engaging atmosphere without turning the workout into a performance.

05

Manage the room

Confidently guide multiple clients while maintaining individualized attention.

06

Learn the RF way

We’ll teach you our programming, systems, standards, and coaching approach.
